HRM Module
The
implementation of the human resources module in this system is based on
goal setting in two major issues. The first goal is to control salaries
related to wages at a higher level, and the second goal is to provide
the necessary tools to manage the human resources of projects. For this
section, different sub-modules are considered as follows:
1- Salary
The method of calculating the salary system in this product is based on the type of hourly or full-time monthly contract and determining the ranking based on it. The salary model adjustment tool provides access to record various details of personnel salaries. It is possible to define salary rankings indefinitely. Depending on the type of hourly or full-time contract, a salary rating will be set for each employee, and the payments and costs associated with the project will be calculated accordingly. Employees of the company will be able to submit a request for bonuses and rewards, as well as view their pay slips.
2- Presence
In this system, it is possible to record the entry and exit and control of time records. The amount of overtime, leave management and holidays are other features included in the presence of this system
3- Efficiency
In order to enable the evaluation of personnel, efficiency control tools have been considered. In this tool, performance indicators based on each organizational position will be considered separately in the system. The manager can then systematically evaluate the level of efficiency expected of each person with the current situation by entering the values related to these characteristics for each person and receiving reports from different months of the year during each month.
4- Recruitment
In order to provide systemic registration of applications for employment of new staff in the company by various departments, the necessary tools have been considered. In such a way that by determining the main expected characteristics, it is possible to apply for employment.
5- Training
In this sub-module, it is possible to enter the details of the training of individuals in the company for the archive and insert the possible costs.
